Tommy's Weekend Box Office Review: March 15-17, 2013

This Weekend: March 15th- March 17th

The Call: Not Rated

Starring Halle Berry and Abigail Breslin

In this new thriller Berry, who plays a 911 operator, gets a call from a teenage girl, played by Breslin,  who has just been abducted, and realizes she has to face a killer from her past just to save this the teenage girl’s life. Aren’t all abduction movies the same?

The Incredible Burt Wonderstone: Rated PG-13

(Critic Rating: 2 ½ stars out of 5)

Starring Steve Carell, Steve Buscemi and Jim Carey

This new comedy is about Vegas magicians and illusionists who are fighting to claim their status of the best magicians on the Las Vegas Strip, but they have to learn new tricks. Probably some good dry humor from the cast, and what better way kick of some magic than going into St. Patrick’s Day weekend?!
