Oz the Great and Powerful:  Rated PG

Starring James Franco, Mila Kunis and Michelle Williams

Directed by producer Sam Raimi who also directed Spiderman

Critic Rating: 3 out of 5 stars

This new fantasy film is about a small-time circus magician, Oscar Diggs (played by Franco), who meets three witches along the way- thinks he’s hit the jackpot- fame and fortune to becoming the powerful Wizard of Oz…where is the original lion, the tin man or the scarecrow in all of this?!

Dead Man Down: Rated R

Starring Colin Farrell and Noomi Rapace

This new action thriller is about two strangers who are irresistibly drawn to one another by their mutual desire for revenge…just like almost every other action movie…

Last Weekend Box Office Results:

Number one movie in the box office last weekend was Jack the Giant Slayer (Rated PG-13) grossing over $27million

2. Identity Thief: Rated R -grossing over $9.7 million

3. 21 and Over: Rated R - grossing over $8.5 million

In a close race between 4th and 5th at the box office are Snitch: Rated PG-13 which grossed $7.76 million followed by The Last Exorcism Part II: Rated PG-13 which grossed $7.72 million.
