2013 starts with a senseless tragedy.  Paparazzi photographer Chris Guerra was killed in a car crash while pursuing Justin Bieber.  Chris’s best friend and fellow Paparazzi photog said Chris was on the phone moments before his death and he was certain Justin Bieber was smoking Marijuana at the time.  Justin was driving his Ferarri and started to drive all crazy again and Chris didn’t back off in the Pursuit.  Miley Cyrus made a response statement saying “this is not Justin’s fault and it shouldn’t be put on his conscience, and this is why we need Paparazzi laws”….Chris’s best friend said, “Every Christian Person I know doesn’t throw stones at someone who was just killed”….My thoughts, both are to blame and Justin is NOT by any means innocent.  He was the one who started driving crazy instead of calling the police and the Paparazzi Photog was stupid for contributing to it.  If you want to hear the phone call audio regarding the Pappo before he died just go to WIXX.COM foxhole blog.

Kathy Griffin is getting heat about sexual comments made on New Years Eve with Anderson Cooper.  Thing is, as far as the FCC coming down it won’t happen because technically after 10pm broadcasters are LEGALLY ALLOWED TO BE INDECENT, but not OBSCENE and her comments may not fall into the OBSCENE category.  Not to mention, the parents television council is probably one of the only groups that care and they get their panties in a bunch all the time, so whatever.

And we all know KIM KARDASHIAN is pregnant, but now Kris Humphries is legally demanding proof that it isn’t his.  Which it’s not because he hasn’t gone near her in almost a year, so he is just creating a bothersome legal hassle for her, which….I can kind of understand…kind of….because it’s KIM KARDASHIAN and they have bad blood between them…but mainly because it’s KIM KARDASHIAN.
