So Early Last year Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit against Pitbull because he uses her name in the song Give Me Everything…(Play Audio Clip)….And she claimed he never got permission to use her name and that it created a negative image for her which causes emotional stress. Well, Pitbull not only beat her in court, but he annihilated her! The judge said it is a work of art and he can use her name in that context, and he also pretty much scoffed at her emotional stress angle as well.
