Jon Bon Jovi's daughter won’t face prosecution after overdosing on heroin in her college dorm yesterday -- because the D.A. dropped all charges…when she OD’d they found small amounts of Heroin, Marijuana, and parphanelia and she was brought up on numerous charges for all off them. They were dropped due to NY state law that prohibits prosecution of people experiencing a drug overdose. So she got lucky….I guess…depends how you look at it.

Russel Brand disrupted the peaceful life of a homeless guy! He was in his Range Rover at 9AM and accidentally hit a homeless guys shopping cart and sent all of his homeless belongings flying everywhere. But he did jump out of the Rover and apologize and helped the guy pick up all his stuff. It's Russell's latest homeless person encounter -- in September he took a bunch of homeless dudes out to breakfast, and Another time he let a homeless man use the bath at his house. Russel is all about the Homeless people.
