I've never done it, but one of the greatest highs in the world must be quitting a job in the CRAZIEST way possible, storming out of the office, and leaving as a legend.  That's a REAL American dream don't you think?

Anyway, a survey by the staffing company OfficeTeam asked 1,300 employers the most ridiculous excuses they'd heard from employees who'd quit their jobs.  These were my five favorites.

#1.)  A woman quit because her boss lost the dog she gave him.

#2.)  A guy quit because he wanted to go watch a movie with his girlfriend during the day.

#3.)  One person quit because the office building was unattractive.

#4.)  Another guy quit because he said he just couldn't get up in the morning. 

#5.)  And finally, one guy quit because he was making too much money, and didn't feel like he was worth it.
