So X FACTOR last night was a little bit of an upset. Paige made sense at the beginning but when it came to the end of the show…Simon should not have ousted Vino…he should have deadlocked it and let America decide because I guarantee Vino would have stayed for sure, not to mention Vino had the best sing for survival performance hands down without question. However, he wouldn’t have won so it kinda doesn’t matter…I think its between Carly and Tate for the win, and Emblem 3 has a small fighting chance …even though they will end up being huge regardless.

The NYC Psychic woman who is the accuser of Lindsay Lohan punching her in the face, has gotten together with Attorney Gloria Allred…who specializes in Celebrity Lawsuits. That means that this whole fiasco is not only landing Lindsay in more trouble, but is also going to cost Lilo more money most likely. Gosh Lindsay…what is wrong with you…I mean how hard is it to just stay out of legal trouble for a while!?

And if you heard yesterday about Universal Studios trying to protect the title, “50 Shades of Grey” by suing all the adult film companies for stealing the 50 SHADES name for Adult video spin-offs…well…Universal is dead serious about it! Docs have been filed and they didn’t even give the CEASE and DESIST option. Probably because the Adult films are just like the book . . . except the adult film versions are WAY less graphic and obscene than the real 50 Shades Of Grey.
