The Pennsylvania police have taken to the content-sharing site to catch suspected criminals and the new tactic is apparently proving to be a success. They have had 57% increase in their arrests.
AND this all had to deal with Pinterest. You know the site where we end up being on the computer for a good hour or more and waste the day away?
The Pennsylvania police department put the mugs shots of criminals on Pinterest to help find them quicker and it is a success.
I want to know if you think this is creepy or clever?
I think this is BRILLIANT! You might as well take advantage of the sites out there right now and they are seeing a huge increase in their arrests. I bet a lot of other departments will start doing something like this soon too.
