Pet of the week: Bridgett the dog.

dog

Bridgett is a wonderful little girl. She's been in foster care with the shelter's behavior coordinator and is becoming quite a clown. She can be very shy and fearful at times, but is learning to enjoy play time with her foster family. She likes to do a "butt dance" when she's happy; rubbing her back on people or furniture, and her play bows are almost like a somersault! The ideal home for her would be active but predictable, with a fenced yard and older children or adults only. She likes playing with other dogs her own size and is good with cats. She is very well house trained and will stare at her human when she needs to go out. She likes to snuggle in bed and has been very trustworthy in her foster home. She can come to the shelter to meet you by appointment if you are interested in her.
