Justin Bieber got booed during his halftime performance at Canada's football Grey Cup.

The crowd in his hometown of Toronto booed him when his face popped up on the JumboTron screen. They booed him when a host spoke his name. And they booed him as he took the stage. And they booed throughout his medley of his songs, "Boyfriend" and "Beauty and a Beat."

If Justin had an issue, it didn't show.

The Canadian Football League had been hoping to get Bieber's fans to follow their sport, but it backfired.
