The United States has fallen out of the out of the top ten of the world's most prosperous countries for the first time ever.

America fell to twelfth (in the Legatum Prosperity Index)… the first time the country wasn't in the top 10 of the annual list.

Scandinavian countries dominated the list with Norway coming in first, Denmark in second and Sweden in third
