Hallmark has apologized for a birthday card for 13-year-old girls that says they'd get a boyfriend if they had bigger boobs.

An American author (Maureen Johnson) was traveling in England when she found the card at a store and tweeted a picture and complaint about it.

The card reads: "You're 13 today! If you had a rich boyfriend he'd give you diamonds and rubies. Well, maybe next year you will — when you've bigger boobies!"

Hallmark says the card is inappropriate and claimed it had not been published in the last 15-years.

So wait....15 years ago this was acceptable? In 1997 we'd have been okay with this?
