Here's how I've lost 25 pounds.

It's all the Kroc Center in Green Bay. My personal trainer Shuree has me working hard, and I LOVE it. I feel better, look better, and people are noticing.

Now is the time you can make a change. I never thought I could do it....now I don't think I can stop. I'm down 25 pounds, and I'm sure it'll be another pound or two this week when I step on the scale.

Finding time was my biggest excuse. But the Kroc has great hours, and if you get a family membership you can just bring your family with you. The kids can play in the aquatic center(think slides, water, a bucket of dumping water, etc) or the game room while you sweat on a state of the art bike or treadmill with your own built in TV. Or hit the Olympic size pool for laps. Or the NBA size gym. Or get one of the awesome personal trainers to get you on a program that works for you...just like I did!

It's time. You can do it. I still eat things I love(wings....mmmmm) just not as often. And I don't feel hungry. I feel energized. I feel younger. I feel good. You can too!
