A guy in Appleton just got slapped with his 5th DUI after he passed out in the Taco Bell drive thru lane at the corner of Richmond and Northland last week.

When cops showed up and knocked on the drunk's window, he woke up, turned up the volume of his stereo and started jamming out, not even noticing the cops were there.

Eventually cops got the guy to turn off the car and step out.

He was way over the legal limit. Cops arrested him for DUI and took him to jail.
