The Mayor of Pittsburgh, Luke Ravenstahl has made good on his bet with Mayor Jim Schmitt.  Since the Packers won Superbowl XLV(you heard about that, right?) Mayor Ravenstahl had so shovel snow outside of the church Coach McCarthy's parents go to and he hung a Packers flag up at the City-County building for a day.
