The Plain White T's are coming for a Studio 101 in the WIXX Atrium Friday, October 29.  I remember it was a Sunday early 2007 and they were in town for a show at the Riverside Ballroom.  There was a huge snowstorm and we weren't show if they would make it.

WIXX had been playing "Hate(I really dont' like you)" for awhile, and I remember leaning over before we went live on WIXX and telling Tom, "Hey There Delilah is the hit!" 

It's funny...we played it before the rest of America...and you guys loved it!  It was our number one request that spring forever, and by July 2007 the rest of America caught up.  It was the most played song on radio for about 2 weeks that summer in mid July, and was nominated for a grammy.

Another reason I love this is cause our old friend Mark Turner was on air that day....and we all miss him here at WIXX.
