My street floods all the time.  Seriously, any time there's a moderate amount of rain for more than 10 minutes we'll at least get the street and sidewalks flooded, any significant rain(like last night) and it floods up to everyones door.  Cars can't make it through...it happens maybe 10 times a year.  It's not a little problem.  These pictures and video are from last week Wednesday when Green Bay got hit hard with rain.  I understand that a lot of places flooded...but again, we always flood.  Channel 2 even did a story on how it's constantly flooding.  Time for a fix.  The problem is all the other streets overflow drains to the lowest point...our street.  The city doesn't think it's worth it for a few houses...I say it's time.

Sump Pumps can't keep up.  My neighbor Juan is installing a 2nd pump to help keep up since it floods so much.  I just spend thousands on a Water Restoration company to come clean/dry/and fix up my basement from last week.  Usually my basement doesn't flood because my house is actually pretty high up....but the pump failed, so I had water everywhere.
