YepYep.com has come up with a list of the 10 most irritating people of 2009.  Miley Cyrus made the list at number 2.  Brett Favre didn't even make they cut, so they must not have read this!  Kanye made this list, so did Chris Brown....but no Taylor Swift?  No Octomom?  No Tiger Woods?  Who was number 1?
