We have a "Don't Text and Drive" campaign going on right now, we should probably include walking as well.  In Birmingham, England, a woman named "Laura Safe" fell into an icy CANAL.  (--The high in Birmingham on the day it happened was 27 degrees.)  Luckily, someone pulled her out, and she's okay.  She later admitted that she was texting her boyfriend.  She also happens to be a news reader for a radio station.  Here she is reading a news report about her fall.
