There's a band called Tummy Talk who became a big deal after a the video they made on YouTube went viral.  In the video, three band members play "drums" on a guy who looks like a sumo wrestler.  And all the 'music' is from them slapping the guy's stomach, cheeks, and other body parts.  The video has over three million views. The expression on the big guys face is pretty funny.
