The Packers will have five preferred starters out of the lineup on Sunday in St. Louis. D.J. Smith went on IR earlier in the week and today, the Packers announced B.J. Raji will miss a second straight week with a sprained ankle, Nick Perry won't go with a knee injury, Sam Shields is a scratch with shin and ankle injuries and Greg Jennings is still not ready to return from a serious groin injury. All of the other players on the week's final injury report are probable, including Aaron Rodgers who missed some practice time Wednesday with a calf injury. Jermichael Finley, Alex Green and Davon House all with shoulder issues and Sam Richardson and D.J. Williams with hamstring pulls are all probable. The Packers will likely start Erik Walden at outside linebacker, Brad Jones inside and rookie Casey Hayward in Shields spot. A combination of Mike Neal, Jerel Worthy and Mike Daniels will handle the interior of the defensive line with Raji out of the mix.
