Mike McCarthy's regularly scheduled Monday news conference started nearly 30 minutes late today.  Understandably, it took a little longer to cover the weekly medical report.  Here's the post Redskins update, starting with the operations.   Jermichael Finley will undergo arthroscopic knee surgery tomorrow, Nick Barnett will have his wrist surgery on Wednesday.  Finley was injured on the second snap of the game trying to make a tackle after Donald Lee fumbled.   He felt a twinge behind his knee and the procedure is expected to repair either a damaged hamstring tendon or knee ligament.  McCarthy said he'd be surprised if Finley was done for the season.  As for Barnett, the wrist surgery will repair the damage done in the Detroit game a week ago.  McCarthy says they won't have a timetable for a possible return this year until after the operation is completed.   He's hopeful Barnett could play toward season's end.  As for Aaron Rodgers, the concussion did occur on his final pass, the Laron Landry interception in overtime when Jeremy Jarmon smacked helmets while leaping to try and deflect the pass.   Rodgers will not likely participate in practice until late this week at the earliest and he must also go through league and team procedures for dealing with concussions, doctor visits and testing, before he's cleared to play.   The rest of the medical roll call included optimistic news with Clay Matthews.  The hamstring injury was not as severe as the pull in training camp when he missed the entire pre-season.  The NFL sacks leader with 8 and a half will likely rest the leg this week before a determination is made about Sunday's game with Miami.  It's bad news for Donald Lee, a chest sprain that occured on his first quarter touchdown catch, he could miss two weeks.   Backup safety and special teams standout Derrick Martin had what McCarthy called a significant knee sprain which could sideline him several weeks.  Ryan Pickett has an ankle sprain and his status is still uncertain.  Mark Tauscher missed the Washington game with a shoulder sprain and his status will be re-evaluated later this week.  Brandon Chillar has missed two games with a shoulder injury but could return to the practice field on a limited basis later this week.  Already having lost Justin Harrill, Ryan Grant and Morgan Burnett to season ending injuries, the Packers medical mess has turned into a full blown epidemic.
