It's like the chicken or the egg debate.  Did the Packers defense fall apart late last season because the secondary play declined, or was it because quarterbacks had way too much time to have their way?  One of the tennets of Dom Capers' defense is to pressure, not neccessarily sack the quarterback, and it's an area that certainly needs improvement.  Clay Matthews, a rookie who didn't even start until the 4th week, led the team with 10 sacks.  Cullen Jenkins was next with 4 and a half.  Aaron Kampman led the team in quarterback pressures until he went down against the 49ers in November.  While rookie Brad Jones filled in admirably with 4 sacks, the Packers hope to turn up even more heat this fall.  To do that, they might have to turn up a pass rushing outside linebacker in this weekend's draft, a positiion we look at with the latest installment of the draft preview series.
