Hey Everyone!  Just checking in from my maternity leave.  As much as I love being a Mommy to Brody, I sure do miss work.  I think Murphy and I talk every other day if not daily...it is a little ridiculous.  I guess I am a little too attached, but what can I say, I adore my job!

I also adore our Brody Allen Schurk.  He has been thriving and it still hasn't kicked in that this kid is going to call me Mom.  The labor was an experience, and for anyone who claims it is "magical" you have got to be kidding me :)  But as we all know, the reward of my beautiful baby boy was so worth it.  I just wanted to share a picture of the Brodester that my photographer took this last Friday.  He is going to follow in Mommy's footsteps!
