Ok friends, so as I was looking at facebook, blogs, basically online- everything I could possibly want to know about weddings- I have seen some really creative ideas.  On one hand I think wow, these are awesome, on the other I am thinking, wow I am not creative at all and their is a good chance my wedding is gonna suck.  I am learning that when planning a wedding you find yourself trying to hard to keep up with the joneses.  You want to be the one with the creative idea that no one has seen at any other wedding, the thing that everyone will be talking about...and I know people will tell me it is just about you and Michael, it is about your love, etc...but lets be realistic here- if you are spending thousands of dollars on something, you know you want people to leave thinking, wow that was one hell of a party.  And I am sure this thinking is what made the wedding industry get so crazy!

Anyways- this is where you guys comes in.  We are having an italian themed dinner, filled with plenty of garlic.  What is one thing everyone is going to be asking for after dinner?  Gum of course!  I want to figure out a way to incorporate gum with the place cards (fyi- I could not think of what those things were called, and according to Murphy they are placards- and yes we did have an entire phone conversation revolving around this topic.  Thank you David Burns for the being the female amongst us and knowing what those things are called.)  Sooooo if anyone has any fun suggestions or ideas fill me in!  I need your HELP!  I do not have Martha Stewart, or a creative bone in my body.  Help me friends :)
