Well now that we have been engaged for a couple of weeks, we figured it was time to set a date.  Wow, I didn't realize that would be such a struggle :)  We had to give ourselves plenty of time to actually plan a wedding...then we had to factor weather into the deal...then add in my work schedule (unfortunately I am not allowed to take off 6 months out of the year and most of those months are prime wedding months- but hey I love my job, so that is something that is worth it :))...then we had to factor in the Green Bay Packer schedule...so the best thing we could come up with was March 23rd 2012.  Yes, I know it is a Friday, but hey, that just means we get to celebrate ALL weekend!  I just hope and pray that it is not anything like March 23 2011...and in case you forgot already that was the day we got the blizzard with 17 inches!  We also decided we are going to get married in the Appleton area.  I would love to get married in Green Bay, but Appleton is where we call home, so it is only right we get married there.  We still have a ton of things to decide, but I feel like it is still too early to make any decisions.  I have a whole year for goodness sakes :)  And I know, I know, everyone says it goes by fast....I feel like it can't go fast enough!
