Hashbrown Quiche

So I actually came through and attempted my first recipe of the day.  I did the Hashbrown Quiche.  Maino loved it, Murphy, well we are still waiting for his reaction.  I have had a lot of people email me for the recipe- super easy.  Here you go.

Three cups of frozen hashbrowns, thawed

Put the hashbrowns in a 9 inch pie pan (molding the hashbrowns into the shape of the pie crust).  Then drizzle 1/3 cup of melted butter over the hashbrowns.  Cook the hashbrowns at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.

After hashbrowns are out of the oven, mix 1 cup of cheddar cheese and one cup of breakfast meat. (I chose sausage with maple syrup- and their favorite part was the Maple syrup.) Pour over the hashbrowns

Beat two eggs and mix 1/4 tsp of pepper and half of a teaspoon of salt along with a 1/2 cup of milk.

Pour egg mixture over the "pie."

Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. 

Like I said- super easy!
