...Here it is people...the breakfast that is going to turn my life around....as long as Katie brings in the right stuff...
3/4 cup instant oatmeal
1 cup of 1 % milk
1 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp honey
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp low-fat vanilla yogurt
mix the oats, milk, almonds, ginger, honey and flaxseed in a microwavable bowl. Nuke for 2 minutes. top with yogurt. Makes one serving. Enjoy!!
