The current generation seems to be turning to Google, Wikipedia and Youtube instead of their grandparents for advice these days.
A recently study found that only a third of grandparents are now being asked what life was like when they were young. And grandparents responded by saying they now feel their role is the family is becoming obsolete.
One in three seniors said they felt "lucky" if they saw their grandchildren more than once a month.
With the advancements of the Internet and the availability of it with handheld technology, this is a new phenomena.
