Fans of American Idol Season 1 winner Kelly Clarkson have no doubt noticed her recent efforts to slim down..
In a new interview with Redbook, Kelly shares her top tips for shaping up.
“I do cardio,” said the 30-year-old singer. “I run. I strength train using my own body weight.”
Despite her sleek new physique, Kelly insists that she’s not interested in competing with stick-thin models.
“Really, what I try to instill in my fans is to be healthy and happy,” she told the magazine. “I have no desire to be super-skinny.”
