The next time you're grilling anything....and I mean anything.....put this little gem on top. It's outstanding on Pork, Fish and Chicken.
2 Cups diced Mango
1 Cup Colored Bell Pepper (Yellow, Orange or Red)
1/2 Cup Thinly sliced Red Onion
1/2 Cup diced Roma Tomato
Juice of 1 Lime
3 - 8 dashes of Tobasco
Mix well and let it sit for about an hour in the fridge. Stir right before adding to your dish!
