Boston police commissioner Ed Davis has confirmed that there was a third explosion at JFK Library in Boston.

It's uncertain if it's related to the first two explosions, which occurred at 2:50 p.m. near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.

Davis described the first two explosions as "simultaneous."

He declined to give numbers on fatalities, but Boston PD previously announced that are 45 injured and 2 dead after the two explosions near the finish line of the race.
